The play also received nominations for Best Revival of a Play, Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Play (Patricia Clarkson), and Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play (Alessandro Nivola). In ALOHA, a celebrated military contractor (Bradley Cooper) returns to the site of his greatest career triumphs – the US Space program in Honolulu, Hawaii – and reconnects with a long-ago love (Rachel McAdams) while unexpectedly falling for the hard-charging Air Force watchdog (Emma Stone) assigned to him. From Academy Award®-winner Cameron Crowe, the writer-director behind such films as Jerry Maguire and Almost Famous, ALOHA also stars Bill Murray, John Krasinski, Danny McBride, and Alec Baldwin.
Entertainment Tonight released the first featurette for Bradley’s upcoming movie “Aloha“. It features on set interviews with Bradley and his co-stars Rachel McAdams and Emma Stone. Be sure to watch it below:
Bradley Cooper and Rachel McAdams play love interests in Cameron Crowe’s Aloha, and just like in the movie, the two have a history.
“I knew that we would have great chemistry,” Cooper told ET. “At least I thought we would based on Wedding Crashers, a movie I’d done with her 10 years ago. I always thought, ‘Wow! It’s so easy to work with her.’ She’s so present and it only got stronger after 10 years.”
If nothing else, the movie gets an A for casting.
Cooper and McAdams lead a star-studded cast that includes Emma Stone, John Krasinski, Alec Baldwin, Danny McBride, Jay Baruchel and Bill Murray in this story of a military contractor (Cooper) who screws up a major deal and is forced to return to his old life in Hawaii to help with a U.S. Space mission.
In his latest film, Aloha, the Oscar-nominee plays a military contractor who returns to Hawaii for a big job. While trying to reconnect with an old girlfriend (Rachel McAdams), sparks start to fly between him and the watchdog (Emma Stone) who has been assigned to him.
Directed by Cameron Crowe, Aloha (in theaters on May 29) also includes Bill Murray, Alec Baldwin, John Krasinski and Danny McBride.

I met Bradley Cooper in 2007, shooting an arc on the FX drama Nip/Tuck. Our characters had this wonderfully twisted relationship: I was a closeted TV producer in mad, unrequited love with Bradley, the ambitious, manipulative star of my soap opera. During our first take, he grabbed me by the lapels, threw me against a wall and launched into this insane in-character, off-script rant about how my not going to the gym was breaking his disgusted heart.
Apparently, in our line of work, this is how great friendships begin. Turns out this psycho was in fact a loving, grounded, hardworking fellow whose priorities in life are his dog Charlotte, the Philadelphia Eagles and showing up for people he cares about.
And yes, he’s a dazzling actor. Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle, The Elephant Man—these are increasingly brave, eccentric, breathtakingly diverse performances. I barely recognized him in American Sniper; physically and emotionally, he actually kind of disappeared.
It’s hard to make people, especially your friends, forget who you are onscreen. But Bradley’s that good. And I think we’ve seen only a hint of what’s to come.
